How this platform handles your account data, documents and requests.
Account information
Account registration and sign-in use Supabase Auth. Your profile, financial request records, support messages and appointment preferences are stored in the application database.
Identity documents
Submitted identity and supporting documents are stored in a private bucket. Your authenticated account and authorized administrators can request temporary download links. Documents and selfie evidence are reviewed manually.
Account sessions and audit history
An HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Financial decisions, document access and administrative client sessions are recorded in an audit history. Passwords and session tokens are not stored in browser local storage.
